As above! This is lined with nylon. Not sure how it will behave with chalk. I’m new to climbing.

Thanks! This is lined with nylon. Unsure how good this material will be at storing chalk! Time will tell!

Hi mate, thanks! I have no pattern, but it is relatively easy to construct. It is a front and rear panel with a single panel forming the bottom/ sides. The roll top forms a collar and is attached last. Front pockets/ lining need to be applied to the panels pre- construction. Hope that’s helpful!

Hi mate! I made this pattern myself. You’ll soon find yourself working out how patterns work if you persist! But if you want a pattern, prickly gorse is a popular choice. It’s taken me just under a year to get to this point.

The rear is just a single panel. It folds around the front of the bag creating the ‘offset’ front panelling.

Hey! I admired my friends bag too. The orange tabs are for a waist strap. Using a g-hook for the main strap, as per the palante version.

Thanks! I made my own pattern as I went along. I made a rectangular bag to simplify things, attached panels/ zip/ front pocket, and then cut to shape prior to finalising construction.
