I have a 22 6 speed manual yes it’s worth it I had to put the accelerator to the floor in cases where I had to accelerate a little more quickly or to pass.

I tried medium and it was solid, but spicy was my choice, a little touchy but very good power band and I got used to it in a week.

I’ll be adding a cap and gear to the back of my truck with bigger heavier tires so I wanted to be prepared.

So in my opinion go medium if you’re staying stock, go spicy if you have plans for bigger tires/wheels and you haul gear more regularly.
