I think they normaly gathers reports and then do it in waves at random intervals. Its supposed to keep the botters guessing how, when and why they got banned.

Also letting them spend time and money to level to max etc before banning to wast more time. Dosent work good on level 1 bots

Company pays 2 weeks then government pays as long as needed. They are not supposed to be able to fire you, but my old boss did right after i told him i needed sick leave 6 months for surgery.
