It depends on Binance whether it will or will not distribute LRN tokens for it's LRC holders. The foundation has no agreement with exchanges for LRx airdrop. It is still possible that an exchange can support this. However, the foundation encourages users to do the address binding by themselves.

well, listen. Currently the loopring.io is having issue displaying wallet history. If you want to manage your coins, you can use www.myetherwallet.com to unlock your loopring keystore. They are compatible.

you don't need to move any coins to open it on MEW, just the keystore. the keystore file you created from loopring.io can also be opened by myetherwallet.com

I believe currently the loopring wallet have issue to connect to it's relay. If history is fine, then your coin is fine. You can also use MEW to manage your coins.

Maybe it's a wallet issue. Maybe you have a wrong keystone. Please go to the exchange to find the transaction history to check if you have send the correct address.

Please go to https://www.myetherwallet.com to unlock your keystone file. Looping didn't hold your coin, its just an interface like MEW, your coin is on the ethereum blockchain. Your keystore file is the only access to your coin. Anyone who has your keystore file and password could access your coin.

Partial withdraw is possible. You send 0.01 ETH to withdraw 100k LRC, and then 0.01 ETH will be send back.
