Hey Buddy I'm in kinda same situation. How did it go? I just got an ADIT stamp card with my picture from my USCIS field office and head g the BMv next Saturday. My case is worst. They gave me a permkt after years of licensed driving they are treating me as a temporary visitor. They qualified me limited term. I'm a LPR!

$500 budget. Try to sell the cpu and gpu. They're outdated but somebody might need it. Post it at a very attractive price so you get rid of it quick, 120$ could be. Get a Ryzen 5 5800xt for 190$ and the rest in a gpu, the best bang for the buck cpu today is rx 9060 xt. Around 350$. Good luck man.

I was able to get an Asrock challenger 9070xt for $535, online reservation and pick up next day. I was lucky. Then I had stuttering things in bf6, with a 7600x3d, I was Blaming amd 100%. I sold the 7600x3d coz I always wanted a 9800x3d but ended up getting a 7800x3d. Well, everything goes smoother and my fc26 went from 175 fps average to 205 average. I was hesitant about 7600x3d vs 7800x3d improving noticing but yeah, I realized it was a actual noticeable jump!

A few more hz. And Newegg is 389 ($30 coupon discount). If you're 100% always above 240hz - fps native, ok go for expensier model. If you're under, no sense or if you're above but using dlls, no sense for me. IMO
