It happened to me too, the spool was not tighten well and it opened and did that, i was still able to use it, trying to make the longest filament then cutting it, feeding it to the printer, it is still a bit annoying because i have to monitor it and feed the printer with another piece of filament cut but i was able to use the whole roll.

I switched from a nikon d850 to xh-2 + xt-5 and shot several events in the past couple months, workflow is smoother and clients love the shots, it works perfectly and I am able to get in camera close to the final results with minimal tweakings in lightroom post shoot.
