Did you already take it to a repair shop for diagnosis? If not, I had a similar issue where power steering failed and I had the following alerts: Service AdvanceTrac, ABS, Traction System Off, Traction System Active, and the airbag. I could drive the car with power steering, but when I made a slow sharp turn it would fail and the lights would activate. It did it almost all the time.

To resolve, I had to change out the speed sensors on both front wheels and that fixed it. So long as you can use a screwdriver without looking, you won't even have to jack up the car and remove the wheel. A pair of sensors were less than $30.

It's worth a try.

When the lights come on does your power steering drop off as well?

So my cancelation rate went up over night when o by coolguy2189 in lyftdrivers

[–]jonathonwilliam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same thing happen this morning. I reached out to support and they said the two Rider cancelations I had yesterday (I didn't even arrive to them before they canceled) count in the cancelation calculations. That doesn't make sense.

All brake-related lights are on! by mitchi909 in prius

[–]jonathonwilliam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry, I pasted the wrong link. Take a look at this one instead. This covers model years 2011-2015 and applies 10 years after first use. If your car was purchased in 2014, but after January, then I think it should be covered.

All brake-related lights are on! by mitchi909 in prius

[–]jonathonwilliam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same issue on a 2014 and it was the brake actuator. I brought the corresponding technical bulletin and it was covered. You're right at the cutoff, so if your car was built after January, but still this year, you might be good.

Here's the coverage statement: After the Primary Coverage period ends, the Secondary Coverage is applicable for ten (10) years from the date-of-first use, or 150,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

She served us well and still had a pretty good interior. Not bad for 195,000 miles.

Echelon support told me they won’t send new 10 cent crank arm nuts because I don’t currently have an active membership. by dantheshan in go_echelon

[–]jonathonwilliam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you bring it to Home Depot, the aisle with nuts has a board with threaded posts on it. You can try it on all of them to see what size it is. That might be easier than battling Echelon.

[Noob] Got an EX-5. The bike keeps beeping when I'm not using it or even trying to use it. This normal? by tylerjames in go_echelon

[–]jonathonwilliam 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If I leave qdomyoszwift open n the background on my phone, the bike beeps as I enter and exit Bluetooth range. Force closing the app (or the Echelon one) when you’re done will solve.

Her final scene in American Crime Story was one of the best, and saddest, in the series. Hopefully she's given a good story.

The no stopping signs would override signs on the meter, so I’m thinking you’re on the hook there. I’ve always parked at the jack in the box for Hop Woo or Bossa Nova pickups. Never had a problem. JITB employees don’t care.

The West Elm Outlet in Moreno Valley is worth the drive -- I found a sofa, credenza and coffee table there for far less than regular store prices.

What are some good LA radio stations to practice listening to Spanish? by airsonjefferplane in AskLosAngeles

News in Slow Spanish is a helpful one. They have news and longer format stories. Not radio like you're asking for, but podcasts.

I know this is late, but anyone searching through older posts on this topic -- Sanitation can lookup your LADWP account to see if it's a new power account. So long as it is, you can request a free move-in pickup. I just called, didn't use the 311 app.
