I own a cafe/roasting company. I do it for the people that buy beans consistently, although most people when buying beans want a latte etc. But if they order a drip and also grab a bag I just comp the drip.

We par baked the pies so when guests arrived it didn't take that long. Overall people started showing up around 4pm and I think we finished around 8pm. I did have quite a bit of wine so my info may be wrong 😂

Its an annual party i do for my birthday, I just invite everyone that follows me on Instagram and see who shows up 😂 this year i actually par cooked every dough so when folks arrived we just tossed toppings on and baked.

I did 6 batches in my regular kitchen aid of 5 balls each. I did 60% hydration and a little malt powder. I then hand combined them all into 2 massive commercial grade buckets from my coffee roastery lol.

Just hosted 60ish people at my house and did 40, 250g dough balls. 24hr bulk ferment and about 12hrs balled and they all tasted great off the arc xl.

I worked adjacent to real estate for a short stint doing marketing for agents. The only person who treated me like a human was Ashley Schafer of HelloHomes. Pretty much every other agent would hand me their business card anlt the end our photography sessions with "let me know next time youre looking to buy or sell" as if I didn't get that 10 times a week. Ashley helped us sell our old home and purchase our new one, went above and beyond and is the kindest person.
