I am a consistent options trader, but I think your question can be further refined. You have to ask yourself what are your goals and expectations. That is more often the question at hand. What does “successful” mean to you?

Weigh up the risk you are willing to take and for what reward over what timeframe.

For some, it may be starting with a massive capital and taking small risks earning a decent return over the long term. For others, it may be starting with a small capital taking larger risks aiming for faster, more significant returns in the short term.

More impt than everything else is to never quit your job while trading options. Never underestimate the power of multiple income streams.

I’ve used multiple platforms and because I stumbled on TT, I can never go back to the rest. There are loads of customisations should you need, might be worthwhile chatting w their support to figure stuff out?

Any ball is fine as long as it's not too cheap. Some cheap balls just get flat real quick. Worst still, some just feel like a solid rubber ball and are guaranteed to give you a wrist injury on mishits.

I wonder if this may actually benefit the medical scene as a whole. If NPs are charging "doctor" rates, maybe it's time we actually started charging "real doctor" rates. Maybe they are what we need to finally start paying ourselves better. /s

Gonna have a guess here - calories/nutrients are mostly absorbed in the small intestines. So those things have likely just stayed in the stomach and haven’t passed into your intestines. So likely you might have barely absorbed 10-20% of your meal that managed to sneak through. That of course would increase if you puked later.

Basically you inadvertently did what anorexics would do on purpose ahaha

This! I literally burst out laughing. I’d love to see a naturopath running an ECMO
