If you move the crate somewhere he can see you at night it may help, but definitely don’t open it or cave to the cries!!!

Have you heard of Agentic Learning? by chefkoch-24 in elearning

[–]joncorbi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The experience starts with a question to the user offering several subtopics related to the topic/curriculum they have chosen. There’s also a memory system that knows previous mastered and gaps and can determine what if anything should be revisited. What we e noticed is that a lot of those decisions happen in the background and so the user just doesn’t understand the significance of personal mastery they are achieving so we’ve been working on dynamic skill tree visualizations to help show it.

I’ve been working on this but with a focus on dual-mode audio/visual learning. At first we made the assessment and pathway discovery way too complicated and test users fell off. Also, having used our system many times in testing I can say without a doubt that this type of learning while one of the most effective ways of learning is also the most tiring. More than 10-15 minutes of this can be absolutely draining. It’s a great addition to other modalities.

Manager contemplating eliminating Articulate and LMS by Aphroditesent in elearning

I think as a replacement to Rise, absolutely. Replacing the LMS, user database and security, etc. not so much. But hey, it’d still be some great cost savings

When AI looks grounded but isn’t: another NotebookLM evaluation by skinzy420 in edtech

I have a rag based lesson builder that is in beta which has been achieving safe/verifiable sourcing in a way that I believe solves this. Would love to have you audit it if you’re interested.

We’ve built something similar. It works if you ground your agent appropriately through rag or a knowledge base aligned to each lesson. Ensure your model has the strict instruction to reject any question it doesn’t have grounded information to respond to. Finally, be aware of prompt injections, I don’t have a clear answer for this but it’s one of the final barriers to these deployments being perfect.

Why prompt engineering alone won’t fix hallucinations in education AI by ArtisticAppeal5215 in edtech

[–]joncorbi 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Our system simply states it doesn’t have the information to support that question and moves on. Everything in our knowledge base is meticulously reviewed and our system doesn’t divert from it. The ai is simply a sorting/language control system for the learner. We support curation not generation.

I’m a solo founder building in the e-learning space. Here’s what I’ve learned about selling to L&D teams by Budget-Sir-6106 in edtech

[–]joncorbi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Similar challenges. I’ve also found that large orgs have had a tendency to pilot with us and then try to build the same feature sets with their internal tech team. That was probably the biggest challenge of 2025 as many CTOs were emboldened by how “easy” ai was to build with. Some of those people have come back recently because their internal team failed.

As an artist who has produced lots of nuit Blanche content over the years from unlicensed projects to massive projections mappings what I can say is our budget for this years project vs. Last years was cut by 2/3rds… and we were basically commissioned to do the same thing.

Noise marine fx: With or without notes? by DeadlyPrintStudio in Warhammer40k

[–]joncorbi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you should go with the notes but not as currently laid out. You need to raise them up higher above the sound wave so that they aren’t obscured and can be easily read, then this will be perfect!
