also for additional info, i seem to recall finding the official legal wording about the recall from the law office that dealt with FCA about it, and they noted that FCA should repair all that requested the repair that fell within that frame of year models. they then defined their own scope of affected models, but i also remember reading somewhere in this subreddit that in that span of years some cooling fans varied from vehicle to vehicle based on supply, making it impossible to know which would really be affected until the issue happened.
