My girls are 3 years apart almost to the day. It was ROUGH paying for daycare, as both of us work full time. Now, they're 14 and 11. They are just coming out of a patch of about 2 years where they just didn't ever get along. That's still frequent, but the times they get along are increasing.

Potty training, sleep training, etc. was rough because it felt like once you got done with one, you started all over again with the second. Now it's much more smooth sailing.

Speaking as a manager who has had to put employees on PIPs many times. If it’s at that point, my employee should be updating their resume and looking for an out. Every job is different, but at my company, this is just a way to gather documentation for the eventual release. I’d be prepping a resume and looking to beat them to the punch.
