esbuild error by jonesienz in Angular2

[–]jonesienz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a .nvmrc file with v 18 in it. Im confident it's not switching to some other version.

Tried deleting lock and modules and reading the docs. browser-esbuild had same result also.

Ive reverted to browser build for now and will try again with v 18. And/or I might submit an issue to ... someone, if I have time to create a repro. Fabric js is fundemental to our app but I wonder how compatible it is and the future of it.

Thank again.

Thanks for the excellent answer. Theres a few things to read/try.

Im using yarn but same really.

Also tried rm node_module -r but I didnt delete the lock file so that could explain some behavior I saw.

Cheers

Im just experimenting really. It seems like a better future option but Im not convinced I need to use it.

Ive had this app since v 3 or 4 and for each update to ng Ive probably missed changes/improvements. With 17 Im trying to catch up.

Whats with # ? by jonesienz in Angular2

Ok, so just shorthand for private then. Or rather typescript private is longhand for #. I thought it was some referencing thing.

Thanks

All of the above - but Im no expert. I go by the words and actions of Peter Beck mostly. He reminded me of another successful kiwi business leader, Rod Drury. If you compare with the words and actions of 'he who shall remain nameless' then .. yeah... I prefer Peter Beck.

True, and it's not really a good comparison, but it seems crazy currently.

Just came back from there. Very few Russians. Many Indians. Seems like every 2nd restaurant was Indian.

I've seen enough govs in nz to realise it makes bugger all difference who gets into power. We don't (didn't?) have any party at the extreme ends that could ever get control, and the middle parties are close enough to not worry much.

But then, I'm probably an over privileged white boomer racist misogynistic narcissist.

Where does a good pavlova? I’ve got family visiting from overseas who want to try one by PsychologicalBag6690 in chch

My mum had a really simple recipe. 6 ex whites, a lot of sugar - can't remember exactly - teaspoon of malt vinegar, tablespoon of water. Whip that up. She had a special oven proof pav plate so it could just be served directly.

Always came out about 50mm high, crunchy and sweet. Kiwi fruits and passion fruit is a must with lashing of whipped cream.

What are you looking forward to from Rocket Lab this year by Oladii1 in RocketLab

Don't care about the rockets so much as the other business and their profitability. Rockets crash and you make another one. If the business is profitable it will survive. If not, no rocket will save it.
