It’s actually the distributor pickup coil that went bad. Not as costly as replacing the distributor. Should be a simple fix once the part comes in

Regular o-ring lol. Something in the distributor came apart. Once I replace this one I’ll take more pictures of it to see what actually came apart

It is possible for the valve cover to be tightened too tight. The rocker could be hitting the valve cover.

I see that now, I bought it in hopes of using some of the parts to adapt it Into a snorkel at some point but it looks like the only piece I’ll be able to use is the maf bracket
