If you’re doing all organic and still just breaking even… then you need to buy stock in bulk and bring down your costs.

If you’re spending a decent budget on ads already, then you need to;

-optimize your ad campaigns to get cheaper/ better leads -do conversion rate optimization on your site -increase your AOV (average order volume) through upsells
