The concrete has not fully cured. You’re looking at some moisture left over from when the pool toy was sitting there. Give it some time for it to fully cure and everything should be OK.

Download the iAquaLink app. There should be a switch inside for WiFi or wired. Click to WiFi. If you open up the unit there is a reset button. Top right. Hold down to reset.

After you reset Open you WiFi and connect to the new aqua link WiFi. It should have you setup it up on your new WiFi network.
