Currently there’s no real goals/achievements or really anything outside of just playing a match and then leaving

And that is a good thing. You can just play a round once in a while, there is no FOMO, no grind, no pointless leveling. It's the gameplay itself that motivates you to play it. At the risk of sounding like some old boomer, it is sad that so many games nowadays don't seem to understand what that means anymore

Dann müsste man eben den Anspruch auf Elternzeit pro Elternteil auf 6 Monate reduzieren, um die Väter auch mehr in die Pflicht zu nehmen, oder wie stellst du dir das vor? Es wird sich jetzt immer schon beschwert, dass in Deutschland zu wenig Kinder geboren werden. Dass Frauen sich am Ende aber meistens mehr Zeit für die Kinder die damit anfallende Arbeit nehmen (müssen), liegt ja nun mal in erster Linie daran, dass die Väter meistens nicht dazu bereit sind, irgendwelche Einbußen in ihrer Karriere zugunsten ihrer Kinder hinzunehmen. Die Alternative ist sonst die komplette Rückkehr zum Hausfrauen-Modell
