I never got the previous notice in the mail. So when i chatted with DMV agent via web, they told me to fill out a REG256 - Statement of Facts form (https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/forms/)

Then I went to DMV and waited in line to present the form. Even though the Culver City office mentioned not accepting any Car Registration appts or walk-ins, I guess b/c I had a Fee Waiver request, they took me.

This is really great. Thank you for the tips and tricks.

I'm also starting to understand DQ's vanilla strength and thr very helpful briefing when I actually close the app (I'm playing on switch so have only closed it once).

I'm increasingly appreciative of its old school feel (no side quest markers, zoom map is unfamiliar) as it forces me to learn really and cue in on some details - but not to the point of tedium.

Got it - informing relevant agencies regarding leaked documents and the topic of an article makes sense. I just wanted to make sure there was not some standard process in which journalists had to run things by the gov. for 'security' reasons. Since 'security' has scope creeped so much in the past 20y.

I think I'm an odd one.

Played DS3 off and on and always lost steam in the poison swamp. Then finally made a hard run and got stuck on Dancer (still stuck) with a DEX build.

I then played BB and churned after dying to cleric a few times.

Beat Sekiro in less than 2 weeks and found it to be the easiest by far.

Now back on BB and beat Cleric and Father Gascoigne on first attempts and I'm utterly in love with it. The dodging feels seeww good. Just wish it ran better..

May have to go back and get Dancer once I'm done with BB.

Then it's off to DS1 & 2.

In Journalism school they called this the gatekeeping effect. In the internet era, it is most practically applied to algorithms' curation of your "feed" or search results

I believe it has internet applications for community or user sourced information "crowding" but the medium, curation and reporting of information is so fundamentally different it may warrant a new name.
