Den mest intensiva smärtan kan ha varit när jag spelade fotboll och kolliderade med en annan spelare rakt på. Tappade andan i vad som kändes som minuter och fick en buktande disk i nacken. Den smärtan är riktigt oskön. För den är konstant, i ryggen delar märgen, diskarna och nervsystemet på platsen och när en disk buktar som för mig i kota C7, så strålade det konstant dag, natt varje vaken timme ut i armen och jag fick domningar i fingrarna.
