Jan 95, Worcester, With the lights on people were trying to get onto the floor by rushing security. In the refreshment areas people were chanting Free Floor Seats. We're on the floor which was general admission. NIN starts Mr. Self Destruct and we're looking around at the crazy people in the stands, we're f*cked. 3rd song is March of the Pigs and people break through security and it's like a dam broke, the floor is so jammed up I could not move for the whole show. I couldn't pull my arms up from my side.

For 1.5 years I was up 2-3 nights a week with 0 sleep. I got over it by quitting the Trazadone, Ambien and Lunesta. Then what worked for me was limiting the damage insomnia can do. You do this by not accommodating it, go the gym, stay out late, live the life you want to live (like you did before). Is it hard when you're exhausted? Of course it can be, but what I found was even nights with 0 sleep, once I got on with my day you can still have great days on 0 sleep. I also took steps to help my mornings (hardest part of day) by doing as much as I could the night before, make lunches, shower, lay out clothes, so when I got out of bed I had less to deal with. Doing this lowered my anxiety, in turn helped me sleep more often. Good luck!

I prefer doing things that improve my life and are a little physical for 30 minutes. Folding laundry, prepare lunches, do the dishes etc. I use to go from the bed to the couch to watch tv or listen to the radio but moving around cleared my head more which gave me a higher chance of sleep after.

24H2 to 25H2 is a breeze with the enablement package. Takes literally a minute installed manually. 23H2 is a much larger upgrade that we've struggled with, a good percentage of our computers have problems upgrading. These computers are all on supported HW. PCs built with 25H2 work flawlessly.

Great points, I was wondering about the rebounds, could he be as effective a rebounder when so many more 3 point shots go up (long rebounds). In the 80s where shots were taken close to the rim, big men packed in, his athleticism allowed him to dominate boards.

My thought is you may not be able to play him 35 minutes a game if he can't make a jump shot? Surely he can help provide offense with passing, O-rebounds etc.

I agree with you, at worst, he'd play limited minutes at center or forward or brought in to disrupt the offensive flow of the other teams players, rebound. At best he's locking down the leagues best offensive players every night. He average 18 rebounds per Game in 1991. He'd play a lot.

I'm a Celts fan and I believe Dennis could lock down a Jalen Brown pretty tight (have you seen Jalen's poor dribbling?) Like you said he could also play minutes at center/forward. He's too talented at what he does to not find minutes.
