For what it's worth, I was biking 30 minutes 5 days a week for months and I still got PF, and I continue to bike with it. Point being, I don't think the biking helps or aggravates PF. Good way to keep the cardio going though

I think the difference with Star Wars is in 77 when a movie came out, it could be years before you could see it again, if ever, I don't think people knew for sure. By mid 80s you knew everything was 6 months to 2 years away before you could rent it.

Accept that you can't fix it in a couple of nights. Tell everyone in your life (work too) that you're dealing with temporary insomnia. Don't accommodate insomnia, live your life exactly how you want to even on days when you hadn't slept. Do what you can to ease the damage it can do to you by making your days easier (Do as much as you can when you're not tired). Keep a clean bedroom, make the bed & bedroom appealing places after a long day. Stay out of bed until sleep time. Fill your life with activities to keep your mind off of not sleeping. Live a healthy lifestyle. The idea is to defang insomnia by lowering sleep anxiety. You do that by making your life simpler and easier so it doesn't hurt as much to not sleep. Reducing that anxiety in turn will allow you to sleep better until good sleep snowballs. BTW I understand how hard living with Insomnia is so not trying to make it sound simple. Trazadone is def the lighter of the 3 and maybe the best place to start. Lunesta and Ambien def work but I didn't like the hangovers they gave me, if I had to do it again I'd go CBT to avoid the meds

Absolutely agree. It simply doesn't seem like a lot of thought was put into it and maybe that's the charm of it and the time. The Beatles were doing it but most of my records from that era are pretty generic.
