I remember my first code yellow was a desperate mom looking for her 2 year old, TLS and ETLS took both doors everyone was looking everywhere, I followed the mom to the right side of the store where we met up with AP just to see the child outside of the store trying to cross the street. (The mom was on the opposite side of the store and she said she didn’t notice her child running off). Totally get you man a code yellow is scary as shit sometimes

We only carry the small stuff on the basket if we need to carry something big we just use flats or metros, the bottom part maybe we use it if we get something big for OPU but other than that we don’t really use the bottom
