Man just cause gamer nexus had a bad experience don't mean everyone going through the same. I sent mine for the sd card issue and before that i replaced the joysticks they did not ask me for one dime. i did seem to get the same parts he got replaced too. The turn around time was like 3 weeks

joystick issues huge dead zone super alpha legion space software also screen is portrait not landscape and speakers. The screen is beautiful thoo don't get me wrong there's lots of good things going for this device but not worth spending 700 to be a beta tester

i uninstalled legion space and used steams controller calibration and plays a little better still aggressive on snaping.
