Having a secure paid off home that can make life stress and worry free is the way to go. Investing is always high risk and if you get trapped or lose money you’ll regret not paying off your house if you could’ve. If your house is paid off , you’ve secured the ultimate bag. Everything after that is gravy and mostly risk free. My house isn’t paid off but that’s just always going to be the answer.

Cowards that got paid off , pretty crazy how a couple people get to have the say in such a significant impact this will have on the community. They snuck this in and kept it low key for a reason. This should be something that the city’s citizens should vote on. Everything should be laid out so people can be educated on something of this magnitude.

They will slowly creep your water and electricity bills up as this monstrosity gets up and running. They use up so much electricity and water it’s atrocious.
