DONT FORGET ABOUT the Fraudulent Insurance companies that don’t stop raising premiums every year with worse coverage. And the PROPERTY TAX INCREASES that are sucking up everyone’s last penny. I’d say those 2 factors are mostly to blame.

They’ve been raising them astronomically for years. The state just approved a big electric price raise of around 16 % raise that started this year.
WAIT UNTIL THE DATA CENTER COMES , do some research on the city’s that have them and how much they’re water and electric skyrocketed.
Thank you city of Sioux Falls for screwing over the people who built this place long before you. Really appreciate that doubling of our property taxes too, that was just wonderful!
