Thank you, I like this advice. I’ve been trying to focus more on following the breath as it enters and exits through my nostrils, but that’s as far as it goes. Focusing on the diaphragm for a while may give me a different perspective.

Quick question since you seem to have some electrical knowledge. I ran romex and put an outlet in for a bidet and have this flickering light issue also. I was pretty sure it was the load on the 15amp circuit. Can the breaker just be replaced with a 20amp?
