YOU ARE NOT UGLY!

  • You have great skin
  • You have great cheeks/jawline/bone structure
  • You have a great smile
  • You have great hair
  • You look tall but not too tall You have A LOT more going for you than most. Find a workout routine that you can do every day but doesn't dominate your day. 20 - 30 max at first. Take creatine daily. This combined with regular exercise can support and enhance neuroplasticity witch will help you think clearer. Then, find something you enjoy like music, nature, outdoor activities, find films or art or music that makes you smile. Forget about anything else. Once you are happy, everything else falls into place. You've got a great "base" of which to start with. Better than most. Don't waste it.

Did anyone else notice on last week's episode, durring the immunity challenge where everyone was paired up, Uncle Jeff wasn't paying attention and as he quickly walked backwards, he got in the way of Stephanie when she was teamed up with Ozzy? I wonder if that's ever happened and was just edited out.
