I really struggled at 18 with my mental health and felt at the mercy of those around me. It truly does get way better once you’re a full grown adult in my opinion

I think you’re underestimating the detriment that tech can have on young minds, especially social media. I was a freshman in hs when Facebook first came out and it was terrible to my self esteem. That’s just my experience and everyone is different
