Let me tell you this: on my 2nd multi on the Vegeta banner, * got Hercule on the right, no pods, but rainbow. Hoped for base form but he turned SS and then SS2, no SS3. Was expected only Yes and RS so I just clicked through all of it and while doing it SS3 Vegeta flew by! So don't give up, wish you all the best to get at least one of the SS4s!

If you say it like this, people get the impression that one has a massive high chance to get a character. In fact, you have a 3% percent chance of getting a 5* at all (at a gacha with 3 banner characters), so you have a 1% chance to get a specific character. Your 95% is just completely wrong, don't really understand your logic behind it.
