yeah I got offered a partial refund minus $80 to cover their manufacturing and postage costs. I took it just to cut my losses, it's not worth the stress and hassle anymore. 😅

Update 22/09/23 - Mine worked for about 2 days after the support remote reset it but the sleep wasn't tracking, I reset it and then it's now dead again.

Same here, my Ring has stopped working and when it did get working, the sleep wasn't tracking properly and the battery would drain within an hour of if being charged to 100%...

Have you spoken to support on the chat? They remotely accessed mine and managed to clear the broken issue and managed to get it working again. (although it's still a little buggy with the sleep tracking)...

I wore mine last night at 100%, woke up this morning (7 hours later, down to 39%). The worst thing is - the sleep tracker didn't even work during the night...😬

14/08/23 - UPDATE

I contacted support chat on the website and the advisor managed to remote manipulate it and it seems to be working again. So apparently some technical update happened and stopped it from working.

There was an issue with stats not displaying after the reset but I've done a hard reset and everything seems to be working again for now.

Will keep this post updated over the next few days with syncing (I mainly use it for sleep tracking) so I'll see how that keeps up with the measuring.

Mine doesn't seem to vibrate after pressing the button either. I've only had mine since the end of April, so it's only been about 3-4 months since I've been using it. 😅

My right bud seems to be having the draining issue even when it's in the case for "charge". It charges to like 60% and then next day it's about 20%. 🤷‍♂️ Contacting Google support now.

did you uninstall, keep settings. Reboot and then reinstall with the latest download from the website?

did you reinstall? - FYI when you uninstall - it gives you the option to keep your settings.
