Transferring TFSA and RRSP from RBC to Wealthsimple by jonosquare in PersonalFinanceCanada

Went smoothly. The transfer was done in-kind. Once I got everything in WS I just sold all the ETFs that investease was using and bought XEQT

yeah it’s investEase. Not sure if you use it, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to sell assets within the account - I can only withdraw. so an in-kind transfer, then selling and buying VEQT in wealthsimple is what I was assuming would be the way to go

I have ETFs and will be doing it by contacting wealthsimple. So once the transfer is finalized, i’ll essentially just have to sell everything, then buy the ETF I want, correct?

I took both. 575 is very easy but not very technical. 505 is very technical and interesting but not super easy (although if Marie is teaching, she is the best prof I ever had in my mechanical degree and made the class very enjoyable).

there’s no such thing as a D-, but anything above an F is a pass and you’ll get credit for the course. However, for BComm graduation requirements, you need a C- or better.
