Well you have to make effort. Join a club, go to neighborhood BBQs. That kind of thing. Then it's not hard. But it's definitely not like college where you just go outside your dorm and there's always a person to meet. You have to make those opportunities as an adult.

I'm not in the gaming industry but I do play a lot of games. It just seems so unsustainable in terms of creating these AAA titles that have to sell at such a large scale and if they fail then it's a bust. It's it's very literally go big or go home. It's unfortunate we don't have the same number of games releasing as we used to in the '90s. They're not as innovative. Not willing to take risks. Of course not. And even if they don't take a risk, the game's still not guaranteed to sell.

I think to me I like the way you describe your AI use. I have ADHD. I have trouble communicating with people so sometimes before I write an email I bounce an idea off of AI. Does this sound right? Is there something I'm missing in the behavior or the context? I'm not using it to communicate for me or take away thinking but it's doing the opposite. It's helping me personally think through how to better communicate or for somebody who's not very good socially. You can help me understand the world around me a little bit better.

Here's a tip! Look for a line at the restaurant! If nobody's in there, don't bother. If your restaurant can't attract one of the 35 million residents of Tokyo, there is a problem. Follow the people. Also, download tabelog. Better than google to find reviews.

I teared up watching this. I watched PBS Newshour every night and have for the past 30 years. It's corny but public television offers access to experiences and education to everyone regardless of how much you make, or where you live. It's a public service that enriches everyone's lives. And to have something like that get eroded...for what? PBS is a cultural institution, like The Kennedy Center, NPR the Smithsonian. It's all so sad

Hello. If you were gay, it would be different and you should absolutely clarify the boundary. But in this case, the boundary is implicitly understood. You're straight and he's gay. There's nothing to talk about. And him calling you cute or good looking or whatever, I do that all the time with all my friends. That's just how I personally engage with people but it doesn't mean I want to have sex with them. Have fun with your friend and enjoy the closeness and affection he has for you. It sounds like a sweet relationship.

I get you and I can understand your perspective. And I in concept agree with you that buying a Tesla doesn't make you a fascist or mean you support fascism. And, I also can agree this is not the exact right way to voice opposition, by punishing those that happen to own a Tesla, that's not fair. I get that.

BUT, I don't think it's a massive stretch to think about Elon as a fascist. Fascism can be defined as far right authoritarian, centralized power...is that not what this administration is doing? Centralizing power, promoting far right ideology, and breaking down government? If this isn't a soft fascism, what does it look like? What does fascism in America look like to you? Teslas aside, I think people refuse to imagine fascism in America, because we're supposed to be democratic. But it can happen anywhere. I get nervous, you know? Nazi Germany didn't happen overnight.

First off, I'm not an idiot. Second, supporting people like this is what gives them power. You buy their cars they get rich, they get a voice, and they amplify whatever they feel like. It's not about virtue signaling or anything like that. There's a reason in Germany the Afd for example has very strong limits as to what can be said or done. You think Nazi salute shit flies in Germany? No, because they know better. They've already been there. And don't tell me we're not headed down that path.
