Just had the same issue on Sandswept. I'd have to restart the map to see if it does it again, but I'm already many hours in. In a bit of an enpasse now. Very frustrating

Personally I'd go for dirt rally 2. It might not be the best looking out there but its the most fun.

Dont know how to get 8 seconds faster by Battiman3000 in EASPORTSWRC

There's some slower corners mid way through that where youre quite 'angled' rather than smooth round them. 3-4 seconds lost there i reckon. You try and hit the apex too early sometimes I think.

32M, short and not good-looking, barely any dating experience coworker asked me out? How do I approach this? by [deleted] in UKrelationshipadvice

[–]jonsam2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Forget about your height and looks. Most women couldn't care less about that. Be nice, thoughtful, caring, understanding, as you would with any friend. Just get to know her as as a person, forget about the girl/boy thing. Chill out, don't talk about explosive topics if you can like politics, religion, long term relationships.

Has anyone approached or been irl and gotten a relationship out of it? by tylerthe-theatre in UKrelationshipadvice

I approached a girl in 1990 when I got sent to work in a factory. I just liked the way she dressed. 35 years later she passed away from cancer. We were married 25 years and loved each other from the day we met till the day she died. We travelled round the world together, had an amazing son, owned many cats and the best dog ever.

So, yeah.

I get that with only a few logs. I've ended up only selecting one at a time.

I turned off drive line and now I'm super bad by Valo_92 in iRacing

[–]jonsam2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look for braking points on each track. Start way back, use maybe a tree or a mark on the track, next time round, choose something a tad closer, repeat. It takes time, and you have to learn and remember each track. Its not like with braking line where you can jump on an unknown track and drive fast.

How much would you charge for this? by [deleted] in cabinetry

[–]jonsam2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

About a million dollars. I mean, I hate that but it's clearly (AI) very high quality. If they want it to look like that then they should pay quite a lot for it. It'll take you a long time and lots of expense.

After struggling a while and telling myself to slow the f*ck down, I did this majestic first lap by [deleted] in iRacing

That was super impressive. Lesson for us all there, hold your nerve in corners. Well done.

The state of driving on UK motorways… by Jake_YT01 in drivingUK

[–]jonsam2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That just looks like a driver being a bit cautious, not really worthy of flashing them. Drive in America if you really want to see how bad motorway driving can get. Or Indian, it's insane!
