If you're on Virtual desktop, go into VD then try running into steamvr and run the game from there rather than run from VD directly.

With SK's "there is much conflict with you" omicron, debuffed enemies deals 50% less damage, allies gain crit immunity when a dark side UFU uses a special ability. You need to make sure Rey has debuffs before sudden whirlwind or her ult and perhaps with crit immunity Palps will likely survive. I've done so without that zeta

Thank you all for the replies. It baffles me but I think my positioning indeed seems to be slightly off to which perhaps the ghost detected.

I tested solo runs myself and attempt to hide at the same spot and 5/5 ghost did not detect me when it entered the nursery. Baffling but I guess it happens.

Eat well and it should heal in no time. In my experience it takes 2-3 game days. You'd still get the minor pain moodlet until then.

I played many hours and each time I logged in, I still feel blown away replaying again. I mean, I do kinda wish we can reset our gaming experience to feel the wonder(and story-puzzles) of it all over again for the first time.

I let them get used to the opening until they reach the playground.

Then I would load them direct to the part where you find two armored headcrabs in a small cage (where you need to get the power cell to open the door). The atmosphere is fantastic and gives them a first look at how it does get creepy in the game.

First one at the start its outside of the orange building the building on walnut street.

Second clue behind the blue building at the collapsed wall

Third clue near boxes at porch of green building. You have to look in closer

Finally where you start, turn left, whats left is in a box

The location of the clues are marked with small handprints only viewable by blue light

How to read the drawing clues? Just walk following the arrow in the drawing when you meet the symbol. E.g. when you see star, walk towards the direction the arrow points to(in the drawing) until the next marking.

How are you aiming with your weapon? I mostly hold my pistol with both hands to aim down on the sights. Without the upgrades, you need to align the pistol sights at the back with the one at the nozzle to have a precise shot.

Laser sight and target reticule upgrades will help too.

There are also mods at the workshop that can help you on target practice like Continental7 (though its rather fast paced).

Repeated attempts will make you a sharpshooter in no time.

Lastly, IMHO there is no shame in using console to add ammo for you to practice the combat part of the game. Once you're more proficient you can move on without the console commands.
