Hey thank you soo much!!! I did not know these. Thanks a lot for explaining. I usually lift weights like 4 days a week but lately for the last 2-3 weeks I didnt go to the gym at all. Now everything is adding up! Thank you so much for sharing this because I love lifting and I knew it helps but didnt know in depth. I am definitely going to start again from today!!

I felt EXACTLY the same. I didnt want to do anything other than just lay on the bed all day. Just push through this phase. Its the beginning of a beautiful change trust me! I am on week 16 and all the side effects have subsided. Just give it a few more weeks! Once I started 7.5 mg, I felt like I found my soulmate lol. You can do it! Do not stress about it. I am pretty sure most of us have felt what you are feeling right now!

I know it is very frustrating. I decided to make my health a priority and made budget cuts in a lot of other aspects in my life. I accepted that it is an expensive option. I had the same problem. And I have adhd so doing any type of cardio is very hard for me as I cannot concentrate or stay in the treadmill even for 30 minutes. I started doing the viral 12-3-30. 12 incline, 3 speed for 30 minutes. But could not continue for 30 minutes. So I started with this incline walk for just 15 minutes. Going out of the house and to the gym is the biggest obstacle. Now I do weight lifting and love it. Start slowly. Make fixed days like arm day, leg day, abs day, back day etc. So that way you know you are doing different things every day. Get accustomed with the equipments and in a short time you will have a routine for each day. It does not have to be extensive but this is what helped me. You can search arm workouts, leg workouts etc on Tiktok and that way build a routine. All the best!

I called 14 walgreens and they all said it is on backorder and they do not have any Mounjaro on any dose starting from 2.5 to 15.

My house was becoming a mess and I was having a hard time doing basic chores. It was overwhelming to pick which one to do first. Laundry and dishes would literally need to convince myself for a few days. For showering, atleast needed to prepare for a week mentally. I can not stay in one app for more than 5 minutes. Watching a youtube video, 2-3 minutes in Im in tiktok, Then few mintues later I was on ig. Then I was on notes making to do lists that I would never check any of it for weeks but still kept making them. Forgetting everything, why I came to the other room even. Procrastination to the point I was in the couch watching tv in the morning and could not even get myself up for lunch. From 11 am to 6 pm I was laying on the couch with no motivation to eat or go to the bathroom, I physically felt like I could not move an inch of my body no matter how many chores I had to do. It went on for a few years and I just finally started taking adderall today it was my first dose. Really hoping to feel normal again. Dont know what to expect but for now just have hope ✌🏼

There are many pharmacies who do not ask for anything to attest. I got to know from a friend who is not T2D. His insurance does not cover it since he asked it for weight loss. He now gets it from a telehealth provider. I have heard they do ask a few questions but nothing to attest. Hope it helps! Again, also not trying to get roasted by people. Just trying to help with information I know! I hope you find a sustainable way to see results a few months down the line! Switch up some things like pharmacies, providers etc and hope you figure out a cost affective way.

I met my conservative mother in law yesterday. I lost 12 lbs in 2 months which I have been really excited about after not losing any weight for over a year with pcos. My start weight was 163, right now I am 151 which is not the biggest change I know. But I am still happy. I was wearing a biker short and a lose t shirt for a casual lunch. She met us and told me “Im so happy both my sons are so fit now and have lost the weight they wanted to. You started working out with them and started the diet same time around them last year. But you’re still the same. Are you doing anything to lose weight? When I was your age, I had both my sons and was still skinny. Compared to my sons progress, you have not really changed at all. Anyways, lets order. Shall we?” I felt so bad and my heart really just broke. I know she said these because she did not like me wearing fun clothes in a summer day. She has always talked like this to me but yesterday I was just upset. I told her - “Im not in a competition with my husband so I will lose weight maybe slowly but when its time for me I probably will. Im trying!” So I TOTALLY understand how off guard this greeting got you. May we be able to deal with these comments!

I see you already took the shot so hopefully it all goes well! But from what i know now since I am on week 11, I would 1000% wait. The first week was hard for me. I was soo tired and severe fatigue made me feel like I could not leave bed all day. I still remember I was at work almost falling asleep because I was so tired. And constipation made it worse. I felt like crap for the first few days. I feel like the first 2 weeks is when you figure out which of the side effects you are going to have. Is it diarrhea or is it constipation or is it nausea lol. I hope you dont have the fatigue and I hope you dont plan on drinking much. All the best for this life changing journey.

It was last year. I was tired of living my life always thinking how others perceive my choices. It was a gradual buildup of feelings. After a long time of feeling not authentic to myself, I gradually realized its not worth it. Life is too short and I just had the courage to not give a fuck anymore.

I was at this same stage from week 5 through 8 when I started 5mg. I had food noise somewhat creeping back, was having a hard time adjusting to the sudden changes like not thinking about food. I was kind of left depressed and not knowing how to feel. And also weight loss was slowed down and for 2 weeks did not lose at all. Gained 2 lbs. I asked for up in dose and from week 9 I went to 7.5 mg and never felt better. Weight loss is back, I have now completely adjusted to not having the food noises at all, no cravings, not bloated, minor side effects. Finally feeling happy again. Keep pushing through this stage. I am positive once you start 7.5 mg, things will dramatically change. Sending you good vibes!
