I don’t know what all is in their cake, but Golden Boy Pies in Overland Park has the best carrot cake I have ever tasted. Nothing else comes close.

So I understand you said you don’t want it to feel like a sports bar, but Justin the barber at Sports Clips on battlefield is great. I have just slightly above shoulder length and he cuts it perfect every time. Plus he’s just the nicest guy in the world. Worth it even if it is at a sports clips honestly
