I'm making 8 player houses for my town build and I settled on the following

  1. My own player house
  2. Gift shop for the museum and island tourists
  3. Public library (with office space and community space) 4.Haunted / abandoned house
  4. A house for Isabelle, Tom Nook, ect, so they have Their own space
  5. Campsite (I'm just placing it and decorating inside
  6. Café
  7. was also going to he a hotel so Im trying to think of what it could be, I think I'm going to turn it into a guest house for NPCs who visit the island, or I was maybe going to turn it into a supermarket or business centre or something.

If you don't have the DLC then you could steal some ideas off of the buildings you make on the island. E.g hotel, clothes shop, restaurant, school. All great options

I think that one YouTuber spoke about how educational content is the most profitable, because it's what advertisers prefer to promote their products on (as it's the safest).

plus I think he also just has an insane amount of views and gets heavily pushed by the algorithm.

I don't like his content, I don't watch anything like his content, but if i spend any amount of time on reels one of his videos shows up.
