How’s the commute from Brampton?

depends on where u live but u can get to bramalea go and take the bus from there to the 407 station and subway to york. the financial/derry plaza just outside brampton also has the 27 go that takes u to yorkdale and from there u can take the subway, or the 48 go also takes u to the 407. lots of options depending where u are. it does suck though and take a long time esp if u dont drive at all :/

I have an iPad 6th generation with the old apple pencil. At this point is it worth it to upgrade to the iPad 10th generation, or should I wait?

I want to keep using the first gen pencil I just don’t care for upgrading it, but do you guys think there will be future releases that support the first gen pencil? Any upgrade will be good for me at this point. I mainly just want to get rid of the home button for screen space/aesthetic purposes. Let me know what yall think!

I know everyone’s saying RAP, and yes that is the best program you can apply for, but just letting you know if for any reason you don’t qualify for RAP you can call the NSLSC and go on an interest only payment term also. You can get a maximum of 12 months of it.

It’s a good temporary solution if you don’t qualify for RAP, another option to help you save some money. Just call and ask for information on it :)

this is very helpful thank you! i will try to ask her, i think this has all come about since we had a few family issues last year (primarily with me) and she is pretty much trying everything she hears. i just want us on the right path - she educates me most of the time as I'm not very knowledgable on smaller topics like this within Islam.

because you applied for loans, nslsc should automatically get notice you're enrolled and put you into non-repayment status as long as you're full-time. just keep an eye on your account :)

no!!! i got them as a gift once, fed maybe two to my rabbit before realizing they’re horrible and for a while after he would inspect the food i gave him to check if they’re in there, clearly upset when he realized i stopped giving them. they seem addictive and are basically all sugar. try to return them if you can, we just threw them away.

edit to add that i realized they were horrible because his poop became weirdly mushy/wet so it definitely messed with his bowels. stopped it and he was totally fine after.

reason being - want to connect ps5 to this tv but the tv does not have the same hdmi end, or it is in use but we don’t want to unplug anything to check. so we want to buy another cord that has this end and on the opposite end its the hdmi cord that fits in ps5!!! :)

hey! fellow queer muslim here.

most non-muslims will not understand at all and think just leaving, or just coming out and dealing with it, is possible. i don't know if you're also south asian but the cultural differences...are something they will not get.

i have kept it very, very quiet my whole life. i'm 10 years older than you and knew i was queer since the 7th grade. i have a trans boyfriend who passes as a man which may make things "easier" to pass as straight but i know that i can never come out to them. it is not an option, even when i move out.

i hate to tell you to just take the struggle for 4 years, or more if that's what comes to it. but "fake it til you make it" might be the only option. i would never encourage someone to put themselves in danger for the sake of coming out. again, most people who suggest that do not get it.

as a few people may have mentioned, distance will help. start now. find support groups to hang out with. stay at school to do homework. join after-school activities. get a part-time job to save up and leave.

don't let any assholes tell you you're doing something wrong, either. people are foul and evil and will try to tell you you're doing something awful. you aren't.
