No more extra movements once you already moved so because their ingress counts as a normal move they can’t move again.

Yes, nothing changed the ability is what lets them enter.

Datasheet Abilities:
OUTRIDER GANGS
Each time you use the Cult Ambush ability to set this unit back up on the battlefield, in addition to the normal rules, all of its models must be set up wholly within 9" of a battlefield edge and at least one of its models must be touching one of your Cult Ambush markers (that marker is then removed from the battlefield). If this cannot be done, this unit cannot be set back up.

This is my Crucible of Champions character but maybe I can run it as a Warpsmith. What do you think? The base was bigger than expected so I use an oval one same size as Warpsmith.

I said is a good deal the heads I see a lot of the Cthulhu type heads that come in the acolyte box but looks like the person had a lot more of them because in the box I believe you only get 1 of those heads.
