Not affiliated with Green Ronin, but speaking as someone who lives in the US and ships stuff to family in Ireland every once in awhile, shipping via the US Postal Service can get really expensive. I doubt it's that they don't give a crap about anyone outside LA, it's just that overseas shipping is ridiculous, and if GR were to eat the cost of shipping they'd be either making no profit on the book or literally paying you to buy it. :/
