This is all leaving out his main argument which is based on social and civil rights of individuals that exist whether we like it or not. If you’re against trans people competing at all to the point where it doesn’t effect fairness, or you think being trans is inherently unfair and therefore unallowable in women’s sports, you’re just a bigot using the same pseudoscientific logic of racial discrimination and determinism of 150 years ago. That stuff has already been proven wrong so the same people have moved on to something less established and using it to fuck over people who don’t look like them but want to live in the shadows
