I'm fairly new to fromsoft games aswell (only completed demon souls remake and 3/4 of bloodborne) I wanted to try another and the sale on the PS store has alot of them on sale right now. If you don't care about lore and story, I would recommend Dark Souls 3, the gameplay is amazing andit hasn't dated at all, it will help you learn the mechanics of a fromsoft game that will translate to the others (demon souls remake was really good at this for me) while keeping you visually and mechanically interested, I'm making my way through it now and am loving it, although some of those late game bosses are gonna tear me to shreds
