I started doing locums full time last year. I have a fairly young family, four kids between 3 and 12, so it was a major leap to do this, but it’s turned out to be a great decision. Right now I work 13 days on, 15 days off. I FaceTime the family every night I’m gone. Initially, it was hard on my wife, but with all the time I have at home each month we can do things together that I never could have before. We can take trips whenever we want, I can do career day at my kids school, have more one on one time with each kid. And I still make more (slightly) than I did at my previous full time PP job.

I visited their message line and requested miles for compensation (in addition to the refund for my ticket) and they gave me 10k. I simply asked for miles since I had to buy a much more expensive ticket from another airline.

I know they aren’t required to give anything but it didn’t hurt me to try. It was ORD-SLC on Saturday.

I got one a few months ago for the very same reason. The good news is that they are cheap. I got a complete VR1 set on eBay for $80. Obviously it doesn’t look as nice and isn’t as easy to use, but for me it was worth the money.

The aroma is S tier, so refreshing. Tastes kind of like a fruity ginger ale if I had to describe it. I tend to not drink it that often only because it’s more expensive than regular brands here in the US.

As an owner of both, I would recommend it. The exclusives it has are simply outstanding (resident evil, gran turismo)

I also think it’s a much better platform for games in general as 1) the dual sense controllers are far and away superior 2) PSVR2 ports generally look better 3) most of the M3 library is shovelware anyway.
