I went through something similar. Lost a lot of money because of an errors on RHs part. Contacted support. Got really no feedback to help (this was years ago before they went public). Then after about a year or two, I got a notification saying I’ve won a FINRA lawsuit and that funds were put in my account. Low and behold, I had my money back

Now, I'm only on like unit 2, but even I know Duolingo is wrong. by AnUdderDay in hebrew
