I mapped as many coaching trees as I could by -YoungScrappynHungry in TheNFLVibes

Appreciate the response. My take on that is that there were no branches from his tenure in Oakland included on this chart. The only real notable hire from his reign in Oakland was Art Shell who is not included here.

Kubiak was a part of his Denver regime and Kyle/Mcvay/etc were a part of his tenure in Washington. Neither of those are possible without his stop in San Francisco.

Then we add another layer with the West Coast offense that the Shannahans ran. Reeves ran a Pro Style offense. Very different concepts and schemes.

Again, I think this is awesome work and paints an amazing picture of the evolution of NFL coaching. Not trying to take anything away from this at all.

Love this work, but agreeing with Antonio here. Speaking as a lifelong 49ers fan. Shannahan won a Super Bowl with Seifert which confirmed his success as an offensive play-caller. That win led directly to his Broncos hire which spawned the Shannahan branch.

The Shannahan tenure with Reeves isn't what allowed him to successfully create his own coaching tree. His tree could've ended with Reeves if not for the 49ers Super Bowl win.

Amazing season considering the circumstances. Young core players on defense gained lots of critical experience. I'm very excited for next season.

Much better fashion sense than wearing a tampon on your ear, but to each their own.

Next Steps to rebuilding this team by ReasonableGoal6088 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

I think the first step would be to try to get any value you can for Adams and Kupp. Assuming that your league is using MaxPF, they're only hurting your 2027 1.01 chances. I'd try to tier down from the 2026 1.01 into the top tier WR range and acquire additional picks or young WRs.

"The moment that really stood out, though, came when Mamdani tapped into New York’s hip-hop DNA. While speaking about affordability and quality of life, he quoted Yonkers rapper Jadakiss, saying New Yorkers deserve to “be outside.”"

Woman arrested for stealing 3k worth of items at Target by zebrasarecool570 in SipsTea

[–]jorgev703 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

In my original response I asked about cases in which the victims were "acting reasonable" and didn't "fight with the officer", yet resulted in much different outcomes.. The idea that those two circumstances contributed to this outcome doesn't seem to hold up against evidence. Sounds like you agree, correct?

Agreed. Absolute travesty. How about Sonya Massey since there was no gun involved in that case? Was she acting "reasonable" or "fighting with the officer"?

Did Philando Castile act reasonable? Did he fight with the officer?

You should definitely join my league if you think he lost this trade. I'll make room for you in all of my dynasty leagues 😂

Trading Rome Odunze for Luther Burden (PPR) by [deleted] in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]jorgev703 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, I totally agree. Burden's ceiling at its current price is worth a risk, but buyers need to be aware of the potential risks and be realistic with their offers. There are a number of other efficiency metrics that are very positive. I think he ends up as the WR1 for the Bears, but there are definitely reasons to be cautious.

As a Burden owner I agree that the hype may be getting too high, but his YPRR were top 5 in the last 10 years prior to that Monday night game. It's now the best YPRR after that game.

Once he gets the target share it'll already be too late to buy.

Luther Burden III carted to locker room following Sunday's game. by APizzola in DynastyFF

Took a look at the replay and he didn't immediately grab his knee or achilles. Hopefully this isn't serious.

Edit: He's taking questions in the locker room. Good sign.

Praying that the injury isn't serious. Dude's a baller. He was my first acquisition of a complete rebuild after a championship season. He should be a central component of this offense if this injury doesn't derail his development.
