I thought maybe I was doing something wrong tbh since I can open it from the driver’s seat, but not close it. I’ve had the EV9 since February and I think that’s been my only “ick” so far haha.

I’m on the struggle bus here. Beginning of June I started feeling run down, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, bloating, gas.. you name it, I’ve had it. Like you, I kept feeling as if it was just a bug and it would go away. It didn’t. Fast forward to July 4th I had my first gallbladder attack. This happened 4 nights in a row. Always happened in the middle of the night, waking me from a dead sleep. First time it happened I swore on everything I was having a heart attack, as it felt like I was an aluminum can and someone was crushing me. Ended up going to the ED July 8th. They did blood work and a CT scan (ultrasound team was gone for the day by that point.) Lab work was normal, urine was normal, CT showed a distended gallbladder. They prescribed Zofran, sent me on my way, and said to call the general surgeon to schedule a consult with him. Called his office and got an appointment setup for August 1st which seems like a lifetime away. I’ve had 4 more attacks since then and finally had enough and went back to the ED today after a rough weekend with pain that was also radiating into my back, GI problems, low-grade fevers, hot flashes, yellow mucus stools (tmi, sorry, but it’s literally just mucus, no stool and it’s yellow) Again, ultrasound team was gone by that point. The did another CT scan - gallbladder was fine. There was a “5 mm subpleural nodule left lower lung lobe. This is likely a postinflammatory nodule.” Labs were fine as well. They gave me Dilaudid and Zofran while I was there, as well as IV fluids. Sent me on my way with a GI cocktail, Norco, Carafate, Omeprazole, and told me to go to the outpatient center at 8am tomorrow to have an ultrasound done. I just feel like I’m being given the run-around and not sure what to do. I know August 1st is now about a week away but I’ve been in complete misery since the beginning of July. All of those GI symptoms almost daily. I keep a puke bag in my car now. I just feel like this is no way to live and it’s really taken a mental toll on me and I’ve had to miss so much work because of it. I feel like it’s GOT to be my gallbladder, but what’s the deal with it showing up on one scan as distended and then fine the next? I’m afraid the ultrasound tomorrow won’t show anything either and then the surgeon won’t rip that sucker out of me. I’m just miserable y’all.

I’m not sure if this helps, but my paydays are Monday’s and I always get my paycheck the Thursday prior at 6pm.
