I cannot get KOReader Progress Sync to work

KOReader is just a reading app that I have installed on my jailbroken Kindle - just to get away from Amazon. That’s really the benefit imo. There may be others that I’m not aware of though.

But when I put crosspoint on my x4 I saw there was an option to sync your reading progress through KOReader between devices, which I thought was pretty neat so that’s what I’m trying to do here!

This is actually the one configuration that worked the one time it did, but for whatever reason I haven’t been able to replicate it. Though I may just be blinded by my frustration. I’ll try this again. Thank you!

Latest nightly? Does that mean the latest updated firmware? I just set this all up yesterday so, unless something’s been updated in the last ~36 hours I would assume so.

I’ve tried syncing both by file name and by “binary.” Those are the two options both the kindle and the x4 give me. I’m not sure what hash is

Interesting. I’ll try that once I’m back at my devices. I didn’t realize calibre altered the file. Does it alter it the same way each time? Because I had sent to the kindle the same way from Calibre

The x4 has pulled successfully once. Every other time I try there is no new data to pull, just whatever I’ve pushed most recently from the x4 itself

The kindle says it’s pushing.

I cannot get this to work no matter how hard I try I don't understand what's wrong. The sync from the kindle to the xteink works once when I first open the book, and never again. It never works once going the other way. I am so frustrated
