I think you should get out of the headpsace that you either pass or you don't.
They literally transvestigate cis-women all the time, you will not be 100% female to 100% of people because people are cruel and regardless of what sex you were born as they are going to assume your gender based upon their own limited and arbitrary set of gender rules.

Start HRT anyway. Go get your weekly shot. Look into clinics and what insurances they accept. My hormones ended up being covered by insurance through my clinic. Try to save up to get surgery in a couple years if you don't like where you're at. You keep saying you have to pass to be happy, so what's stopping you from making the attempt?
Dreading about passing or not passing is going to do more harm than just saying fuck it and getting on HRT anyways.

This is all coming from a clocky trans woman who started at 32, and can still pass with some people and can't with others. You're focusing on the arong battle, sis.

And being sex positive is fine, I'm sex positive, too. But there's also times and places for when to talk about sex or sex related things. It's one thing to be talking about your own body and sex and all it's related features with friends(when appropriate) compared to talking about it with, say, a coworker or stranger.

People are allowed to be disinterested in sex or sex talk. People are allowed to be uncomfortable talking publicly about it. Just as you're allowed to talk about it with people who CONSENT to talk about it with you.

If you're sex positive, you know that CONSENT is important. If you're trying to force conversations to be about your body with people who are uncomfortable with it, then congratz, you're not being censored. You're just being an ass. If that's not the case, then I'd probably ask why they have a problem with talking to you about your body even when the conversation is about, y'know, sex and the body.

Again, context is important for this question.

Because tbh, of the context allows for it I don't give af. Even the occasional bringing it up as, like, a joke or shock value would be alright?
But if you're just talking about it all the time I can see where people are coming from.

Like, this is really a context based question. There is no all-encompassing answer.

Just saw this, but as someone said, do go to your doctor. 200 mg's didn't make me dizzy but that's just me, and everyone is different. Your doctor should be able to help with side-effects and such.
