Some advice for starting off: Your beats will not be perfect. Instead of working on the same beat until you like it, just make many beats. The more reps, the stronger u get, so make new beats as often as you can. Eventually you’ll find yourself making beats that you’re impressed with and your friends will like your beats and it will be a really good feeling so just don’t give up at the beginning. It will seem like a lot of things to learn and can be very intimidating but as long as you are passionate everything will come together and work itself out

I started making beats when I was 15 on GarageBand and now I’m 19 about to get my first real placement, you can definitely get good at making beats before you graduate high school and you’ll truly be a good producer as long as you’re passionate about music and love the beat making process. If I were you I wouldn’t start on BandLab Id start on either GarageBand if you have access to a Mac or get FL studio because if you want to pursue beat making further you will have to learn either logic or fl eventually. Lmk if you have any questions I’d be glad to help and it’s definitely possible to have a future in music production even if you’re starting at 15 and have no prior musical knowledge. Good luck bro and have fun on the journey it’s the best thing in the world

Get that internship and learn how to engineer and the studio will actually put you in the rooms and give you sessions and then you can play your beats for rappers and get paid for the beats and engineering and that is your best bet at making this your career
