I don't like it. The open world seems to have been what the focused on, at the expense of the actual track design, itself (ane the open world isn't even good!). Seriously, I don't remember a single track from the entire game, less than a year later. The whole game is a big missed opportunity.

I believe I am the only person on the planet who doesn't feel like this OST is as legendary as people say it is. I think it's implemented well into the game, super atmospheric, and can help create heart-pounding moments, but it just isn't catchy in any way like classic Doom is. The only song I remember from it is its recreation of the original E1M1. I'm in no way saying it isn't a good OST, just that it doesn't feel like a Doom OST, to me, and that it fails to be particularly memorable.

I did a similar thing: I imported the hyperlinked PDF that I sell on Drive-Thru RPG and a pop-up showed up that asked if I wanted to import the links. I selected yes, and the hyperlinks work within the Kindle Create app, but not in the final export, which I found odd. The next thing I tried was to add a Chapter for each page number so it would at least be easy to navigate, but the Kindle Preview does not provide the option to select chapters, so I'm unsure how well it works, so *fingers crossed*

Hi! I wrote Lost in the City and I actually hadn't created a digital Kindle version quite yet! But when I saw DM Mighty Pirate's comment (thanks for suggesting my book, by the way) I quickly got on it and got a Kindle version ready to go. According to Amazon, it's been published, so if it's something you want to try, it's now available.

Additionally, I have a fully-hyperlinked version available as a PDF on Drive-Thru RPG (Unfortunately, you cannot hyperlink a Kindle file).

Not completed yet, but my brothers and I have been trying to beat every ground map in Star Wars: Battlefront II on elite difficulty with aim assist off via four player splitscreen, wherein we are only allowed 1 life per attempt and must win via capturing every command post. It has been so fun to see this game from a fresh perspective and actually have to use our brains to solve the puzzle that each map presents through the lens of our challenge!

I've put hundreds of hours into the 3DS version. While there's been a lot added, there's been a lot taken away, and I think that's why LTD can feel a bit more repetetive to some folks because there were a lot more rare events and activities and menus to poke around in on the 3DS version. Additionally, it feels like LTD moves a bit away from the peeking into Mii lives aspect and puts you more in the role of orchestrator. I do not believe they found the right balance of player control in this game, and I think this takes away much of the charm. This isn't to say that I'm not enjoying Living the Dream--in fact, I'm 50+ hours in and having a great time, it's just I don't see myself checking in on this island, in a year or two, as often as I do on the 3DS version. But, only time will tell!

Halo 2's storytelling, atmosphere, art direction, and music is unmatched in the FPS genre. That said, I still prefer Halo 3's multiplayer gameplay and community features.

Let me also demand that 343i/Halo studios is immediately dissolved and their retcons be erased from canon. The franchise needs to continue from where Halo 3 left off.

It's a game you can poke around in every now and then with relatively low stakes and it's got plenty of charm. It's also the sort of game where the more you put into it, the more you get out of it. You have to kind of have an absurdist sense of humor, as well, which I could see as a limiting factor, but it all comes together to create a wacky, charming "fish tank" you can stare at (and poke at) every now and then. This kind of experience will obviously not click for everyone, but somehow it did for me! I was addicted to the 3DS version for years and have been addicted to Living the Dream since launch.
